Effluent Treatment Plant
- Effluent Treatment Plants are designed to treat the Industrial Waste Effluent water. It includes Physical, Chemical, Biological, Sedimentation treatment process to remove the contaminants from the Effluent and provide the Environmentally safe treated water. The treated water can be further treated and used for recycling such as Boiler makeup, Cooling tower makeup, HVAC system, process etc. This will reduce the considerable amount of Raw water required for the Sector.
PACKAGED WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
- We are specialized in the manufacturing of Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants & Effluent Treatment Plants. It is like Plug in and Play system where the treatment unit is manufactured in the single skid. The Skid can be supplied with different material of construction.These Packaged plants will occupy less space and it is user friendly. It can be installed either above or below ground. The Packaged units are provided with automation and hence there is no dedicated manpower required for the Plant.

FILTRATION PLANT
- Filtration Plant is next stage of Biological & sedimentation process. It is provided with series of filters filled with graded gravels, sand, silex, Anthracite, activated carbon in order to filter the water and provide the odourless & colourless treated water. Filtration Plant also comprises of Softener unit & Iron Removal Unit where resin is used as the filtrate for the removal of hardness & Iron. This water can be further treated and used for recycling such as Boiler makeup, Cooling tower makeup, HVAC system, process etc.

REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT (RO)
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) works by reversing the principle of osmosis, the natural tendency of water with dissolved salts to flow through a membrane from lower to higher salt concentration. RO Plant is the finest Purification technology available in which inorganic solids such as salts are removed from the water by Reverse Osmosis process. RO Plant can be used for domestic, commercial & Industrial purpose. RO Plant uses the membranes to completely remove the dissolved solids, contaminants, biological & chemical impurities. We call the treated water that comes out of the Plant as Permeate water and it can be further used for recycling such as Drinking, HVAC system, Boiler makeup, Cooling tower makeup, process etc. This will also reduce the huge input raw water.
ULTRA-FILTRATION PLANT (UF)
- Ultra-Filtration Plant is the advanced method of filtration system. It deals with membranes with micron size where the Sewage & Effluent treated waters can be passed to remove the impurities and give high quality treated water. This water can be further used for recycling such as Toilet flush, HVAC system, etc. This will reduce the considerable amount of Raw water required for the Sector. This system delivers high quality filtrate water and provide single solution for bacteria & virus removal.
DEMINERALIZED PLANT (DM)
- Demineralization is the process of removing the mineral salts from water by using the Ion Exchange process. It comprises of Cation bed, Anion bed & Mixed bed units. DM Plant completely uses Cation & Anion resins in place. Raw water is passed into these Ion Exchange resin beds. Cations get exchanged with Hydrogen ions & Anions get exchanged with Hydroxyl ions. The impurity ions that are taken up by the resin, has to be periodically regenerated to restore it to the original ionic form. The Treated water is the high purity water and it can be used for the internal process. DM Plants are widely used in Industrial Sectors.
ELECTRO DEIONIZATION PLANT (EDI)
- EDI Plant is the alternate for DM Plant. Electro deionization (EDI) is a continuous, chemical-free process of removing ionized and ionizable species from feedwater using DC power. EDI is typically used to polish reverse osmosis (RO) permeate, and is a smart alternative conventional DM Plant. The Treated water is the high purity water and it can be used for the Internal process plants. EDI Plants are widely used in Industrial Sectors mainly Pharma & API Sectors.
ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE SYSTEM (ZLD)
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is a wastewater treatment process developed to completely eliminate all liquid discharge from a system. The goal of a zero liquid discharge system is to reduce the volume of wastewater that requires further treatment, economically process wastewater and produce a clean stream suitable for reuse. A traditional approach to ZLD is to use filtration technology, reduce the reject waters to an evaporator, and send the evaporator concentrate to a ATFD (Agitated Thin Film dryer). Various ZLD Technologies are available & AIES is capable to execute all the ZLD technologies.

SLUDGE DEWATERING SYSTEM
- All above Water & Wastewater treatment plants will produce sludge which has to be handled properly. We AIES will provide the solution for Sludge handling equipment where the sludge will be sent to the equipment and separate the liquid & solid. The liquid waste water will be taken back to the treatment plant. Solid waste which will be in moisture will be dried and reused for manure or it will be taken as hazardous. Various Sludge handling Technologies are available & AIES is capable to execute all the Sludge handling technologies.

BIO GAS PLANT
- We supply Biogas plant for organic waste such as agricultural waste, Municipal waste, Green waste & food waste. Biogas plants rely on Anaerobic digestion, a fermentation process in which the organic waste gets digested by microbes to produce the methane gas. The waste can be converted into biofertilizer and spread directly into fields. Biogas can be used as an alternative for natural gas as fuel and can be used for cooking. It can also be converted into electricity after passing through the Biogas generator.
